That's on Thursdays. Tuesday is speedwork. Tonight I ran mile repeats at an 8 min pace. I sweated. A lot.
But really, unless it is super cold and I'm in Nike tights, every run is a tempo run for me. A Nike Tempo run.
It's an addiciton for sure. NONE of these are repeats, even if the photo quality is so poor it makes it look as though they are. And yes, I'm a big dork. I had a mirror photo sesh. With my cat. You see him sneaking in to a few of the shots?
Can you spot the one pair that isn't Nike Tempo, but Nike Pacer?The really sad thing is, I could easily buy more. You know, if I had money. I've been eyeing a bubble gum pink and gray pair. They just might need to run my next marathon with me...
Speaking of, holy crud, I'm running another marathon in less than two week. Eeep. I don't know what to think of this race. My heart just isn't in it. Maybe a bubble gum pair of pink Nike Tempos will help.

I've considered getting some.. but I'm not sure. shorts used to um... rid up in the middle on me. but since then I've lost oh ya know 40 pounds and times have changed. So they're on my consideration list. :) I just made that up.
I think you need bubble gum shorts and I think having lunch with some fun bloggy buddies will help pump you up come marathon time!
Hahahaha that's funny! I have one pair of Nike Tempo shorts but, honestly, they aren't my favourite!! I chafe really bad and find that they do not help with that so I can only wear them for short runs, like less than 6 miles. Now, lululemon GROOVE shorts. Those are shorts I could own multiple pairs of!
